ROUTINE SERVICES

• Routine Eye Exam: $200
• Routine Eye Exam w/ Contact Lens Rx: $300-$320 
• Medicaid Discount: $150
• LASIK Vision Institute Yearly Exam: $150
• UFC Fighter Clearance: $200
• **Add-On: Optional Digital Dilation Screening: $39 (Replaces Need for Dilation Drops)

MEDICAL/SPECIALTY SERVICES

• TBD: To Be Determined At Visit Based On Necessary Services/Scans At Visit

• Primary eye care - including new eyeglass prescriptions, glasses and contact lens care*  (*We Do Not Fit: Scleral or RGP (Gas Permeable) Lenses)

• (Optional) Digital Ocular Wellness Screening (replaces need for dilation)

In most cases, Same-Day appointments are available for Urgent Care.  If you are in need of Urgent  Care, please contact us ASAP at 505-247-1073 to schedule.
